KIAA0825

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KIAA0825 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,600 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA0825-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM172A, TENT2, and TCTN2. Each is linked with KIAA0825 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA0825-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA0825 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA0825→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA0825) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
