Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KIAA0100 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KIAA0100 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KIAA0100 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KIAA0100 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CCRCC show a favorable association.
UCEC, CCRCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where KIAA0100 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
