KIAA0100

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA0100 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,164 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA0100-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, SUPT6H, and THOC5. Each is linked with KIAA0100 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA0100-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA0100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIAA0100 versus CDC73 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA0100→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA0100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
