KIAA0100

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA0100 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,727 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA0100-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGS, CCT8, and IFT20. Each is linked with KIAA0100 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA0100-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA0100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIAA0100 versus PIGS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA0100→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA0100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
