KIAA0100

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIAA0100 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,702 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIAA0100-associated genes across cancer lineages are SORCS2, RRN3P2, and CD248. Each is linked with KIAA0100 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIAA0100-to-partner and partner-to-KIAA0100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SORCS2 grouped by KIAA0100-low versus KIAA0100-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIAA0100→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIAA0100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
