Across TCGA patient cohorts, KHSRPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,028 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHSRPP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Microtubule organizing center localization, and Positive regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport. Each is linked with KHSRPP1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHSRPP1-to-partner and partner-to-KHSRPP1 results are reported.
