KHNYN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KHNYN mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,659 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHNYN-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPS1, MAPK10, and NCAPG. Each is linked with KHNYN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHNYN-to-partner and partner-to-KHNYN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HPS1 grouped by KHNYN-low versus KHNYN-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KHNYN→partner) and Y-score (partner→KHNYN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
