Across TCGA patient cohorts, KHDRBS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,727 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHDRBS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STMN1, SF3B3, and BUB3. Each is linked with KHDRBS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHDRBS1-to-partner and partner-to-KHDRBS1 results are reported.
