KHDC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KHDC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,898 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHDC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGK, BUB3, and DHX9. Each is linked with KHDC4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHDC4-to-partner and partner-to-KHDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KHDC4 versus POGK in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KHDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KHDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
