Across TCGA cell cohorts, KHDC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,282 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHDC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with KHDC4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHDC4-to-partner and partner-to-KHDC4 results are reported.
