KHDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KHDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,604 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KHDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, PTH1R, and RHOA. Each is linked with KHDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KHDC1-to-partner and partner-to-KHDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by KHDC1-low versus KHDC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KHDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KHDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
