KEL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KEL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,698 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT6, LRRC37A13P, and MIR920. Each is linked with KEL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KEL-to-partner and partner-to-KEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→KEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
