KEAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KEAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,912 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KEAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIR, TRIM16L, and TKT. Each is linked with KEAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KEAP1-to-partner and partner-to-KEAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIR grouped by KEAP1-low versus KEAP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KEAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KEAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
