KEAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KEAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 416 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KEAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTL9, TREML4, and PROP1. Each is linked with KEAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KEAP1-to-partner and partner-to-KEAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTL9 grouped by KEAP1-low versus KEAP1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KEAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KEAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
