KDSR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDSR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,777 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDSR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, TRAPPC8, and VPS4B. Each is linked with KDSR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDSR-to-partner and partner-to-KDSR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDSR versus SMAD4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDSR→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDSR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
