KDSR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDSR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,624 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDSR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD2, SMAD4, and SMAD2. Each is linked with KDSR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDSR-to-partner and partner-to-KDSR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDSR versus MBD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDSR→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDSR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
