KDSR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDSR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 898 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDSR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9LP1, GSTA11P, and LINC00210. Each is linked with KDSR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDSR-to-partner and partner-to-KDSR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST9LP1 grouped by KDSR-low versus KDSR-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDSR→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDSR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
