KDR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,435 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC19A3, ACKR3, and ENO1. Each is linked with KDR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDR-to-partner and partner-to-KDR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC19A3 grouped by KDR-low versus KDR-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
