KDR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD20, INPP4B, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with KDR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDR-to-partner and partner-to-KDR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD20 grouped by KDR-low versus KDR-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
