KDR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KDR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,041 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPC1L, PATE3, and TBC1D28. Each is linked with KDR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDR-to-partner and partner-to-KDR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPC1L grouped by KDR-low versus KDR-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
