KDM7A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,679 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRPN, MIR7843, and TVP23BP2. Each is linked with KDM7A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM7A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPRPN grouped by KDM7A-low versus KDM7A-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
