KDM6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM6A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Bim, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with KDM6A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM6A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by KDM6A-low versus KDM6A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
