KDM6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KDM6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 408 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR30, SUN2, and CCNB1IP1. Each is linked with KDM6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM6A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR30 grouped by KDM6A-low versus KDM6A-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
