KDM5C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,153 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM5C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein demethylation, Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance, and Obsolete regulation of histone methylation. Each is linked with KDM5C in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM5C-to-partner and partner-to-KDM5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
