KDM5C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM5C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, IGFBP2, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with KDM5C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM5C-to-partner and partner-to-KDM5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by KDM5C-low versus KDM5C-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
