KDM5C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KDM5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,899 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM5C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Growth hormone secretion, Heterochromatin formation, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with KDM5C in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM5C-to-partner and partner-to-KDM5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Growth hormone secretion grouped by KDM5C-low versus KDM5C-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
