KDM5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM5A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, STAT3_pY705, and PKC-b-II_pS660. Each is linked with KDM5A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM5A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by KDM5A-low versus KDM5A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
