KDM5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KDM5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,319 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F15, DDHD1, and SMCHD1. Each is linked with KDM5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM5A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F15 grouped by KDM5A-low versus KDM5A-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
