KDM4C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,503 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF19, POLE2, and RAD51C. Each is linked with KDM4C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM4C-to-partner and partner-to-KDM4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCF19 grouped by KDM4C-low versus KDM4C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
