Across TCGA cell cohorts, KDM4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,923 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM4C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of androgen receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of brown fat cell differentiation, and Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi. Each is linked with KDM4C in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM4C-to-partner and partner-to-KDM4C results are reported.
