Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,603 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KDM3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMC1, LEO1, and POC1A. Each is linked with KDM3B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM3B-to-partner and partner-to-KDM3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EMC1 grouped by KDM3B-low versus KDM3B-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
