KDM3AP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM3AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,381 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM3AP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTR, TLN1_S2040, and TNS1. Each is linked with KDM3AP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM3AP1-to-partner and partner-to-KDM3AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDM3AP1 versus MTR in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM3AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM3AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
