KDM1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,358 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PISRT1, FAM177A1, and DPH3. Each is linked with KDM1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM1B-to-partner and partner-to-KDM1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PISRT1 grouped by KDM1B-low versus KDM1B-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
