Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KDELR3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KDELR3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher KDELR3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KDELR3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH, LUSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where KDELR3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
