Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KDELR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KDELR2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher KDELR2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KDELR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where KDELR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
