Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD9P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,481 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCTD9P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Telomere organization. Each is linked with KCTD9P3 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD9P3-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD9P3 results are reported.
