KCTD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,526 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED12L, LAMA5, and ADCY8. Each is linked with KCTD9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD9-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED12L grouped by KCTD9-low versus KCTD9-high in COAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
