KCTD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCTD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,553 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, R3HCC1, and PBK. Each is linked with KCTD9 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD9-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCTD9 versus CDCA2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
