Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCTD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,766 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCTD9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear division, Regulation of microtubule cytoskeleton organization, and Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with KCTD9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD9-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nuclear division grouped by KCTD9-low versus KCTD9-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
