KCTD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,595 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SBDS, SEPTIN7, and CACNA2D1. Each is linked with KCTD7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD7-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCTD7 versus SBDS in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
