Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCTD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,045 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Membrane hyperpolarization, Cell division, and Regulation of smoothened signaling pathway. Each is linked with KCTD7 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD7-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD7 results are reported.
