Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,666 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCTD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DENND6A, SACM1L, and NEK4. Each is linked with KCTD6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD6-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCTD6 versus DENND6A in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
