KCTD6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,055 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL9, TRMO, and RASA4B. Each is linked with KCTD6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD6-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCTD6 versus TTLL9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
