Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD5P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,146 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCTD5P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone methylation, Obsolete histone modification, and Obsolete regulation of histone methylation. Each is linked with KCTD5P1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD5P1-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD5P1 results are reported.
