Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, ACC_pS79, and MEK1. Each is linked with KCTD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD3-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD3 results are reported.
