KCTD20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD20-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PDCD4, and Bak. Each is linked with KCTD20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD20-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by KCTD20-low versus KCTD20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD20→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
