KCTD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 197 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR299, SNORD114-3, and RN7SKP3. Each is linked with KCTD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD2-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR299 grouped by KCTD2-low versus KCTD2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
