KCTD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,323 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOC7, VEZF1, and GGA3. Each is linked with KCTD2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD2-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCTD2 versus EXOC7 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
