KCTD19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,473 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD19-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK5, FAXDC2, and MSANTD3. Each is linked with KCTD19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD19-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNK5 grouped by KCTD19-low versus KCTD19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD19→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
