Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCTD19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,720 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCTD19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Establishment of protein localization to organelle. Each is linked with KCTD19 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD19-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by KCTD19-low versus KCTD19-high in KIDNEY.
